Starts or restarts document retrieval. Retrieval is the action of obtaining items from the Web or local hard drive
that will make up your CD. Use the Start Retrieval function to begin pulling
information from specified URLs. The retrieval process can be halted (with the
Stop Retrieval command) and restarted (with the Start Retrieval command) at any
time.
